1. The free Alien pump controller comes with an 18 month contractual agreement.
2. The Alien pump controller is currently only available for Prowalco Pump types.
3. The free Alien software does not include:
- - Monthly Service fee which includes all backups, 24 hour software support, upgrades, reporting, disaster recovery, software enhancements and licencing.
- - Once off fee for installation and training
- - Once off fee for hardware (if required)
- - Once off fee for tagging & wiring & excavation (if required)
